Can I pick up my order in-person?
Unfortunately, no. We're working to implement this in the future.
I just placed my order. Can I edit my items?
Unfortunately, we cannot add or remove anything to an existing order. If you contact us within a timely manner we can cancel the order so you can start over.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time varies between 1-3 business days depending on the order volume and product availability before the order is shipped.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges, if you wish to exchange an item you will need to return the item for a full refund and create a new order for your replacement.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is currently offered on U.S. Domestic orders over $60. There may be other discount codes or order amounts that will include free shipping. The best way to find out is to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social media channels.
Do you ship international?
Yes! There are options for 1st-class and priority shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, only via USPS so make sure you select USPS during checkout.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
Start by checking the surrounding houses or buildings to be sure that your item was not delivered to a neighbor. If you are unable to locate it, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! the best way to find one is to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social media channels.
My discount code doesn't work, what can I do?
Discount codes may expire. Only one code can be used per order and they typically do not work on sale items unless stated otherwise.
Can I purchase a giftcard?
eGift cards will be offered soon.
I'm worried the item won't fit well, what should I do?
Sizing charts can be requested through our contact form. All items are covered by our 30-day return policy.
The item(s) I want says sold out, when will it be restocked?
Once we see items are low in quantity we do our best to restock in a timely manner. Always feel free to contact us.
Does your website save any sensitive information?
We only save your name, email, phone, address, and the products you've ordered.
